Once you meet your team member in the intro call, you and your new team member will begin onboarding and working together.

  • We hire from right here in the United States, mostly Texas. We recruit from Paralegal Associations, State Bar Associations, and we headhunt for the best experienced litigation paralegals, legal assistants, medical clerks, and case managers.

  • We notify our clients at 80% when they are about to reach their subscribed hours for the month. Our clients are welcome to continue work with their team member(s) but will be billed at the hourly base rate for the team member(s).

    Based on previous months, our clients may also upgrade or downgrade before their next billing cycle.

  • You pay to Prime Paralegal Group, not your team member.

    All team members work with us as independent contractors under our business. We handle the compliance, contracts, and classification, so you don’t have to. You're hiring a professional service.

  • No. If you’re not happy with your team member or Prime Paralegal Group, then we haven’t met our goal of streamlining the workload so you can do what matters most. You can walk away at any time pursuant to our 30-day cancellation period (which is out of respect for your team member(s)).

  • During your consultation, you will be asked of your preferred work schedule based on your needs. We will pair you with a team member who will honor your preferred work schedule.

  • Absolutely! Bilingual team members are available as an add-on in our starter packages. However, they are included at no additional cost and remain optional in all upgraded packages.

  • Yes, we use AI to enhance workflow efficiency, save time, and reduce costs for our clients. We embrace AI as an evolving tool that supports our team—not replaces it. All legal work is still handled by experienced U.S.-based professionals, with AI assisting behind the scenes to streamline repetitive tasks and improve turnaround times.

  • We use a remote working software called Hubstaff to show you the work being done in real time. This software takes screenshots of the work actively being worked on every ten (10) minutes, sends out automatic daily reports, shows you the tasks in progress and completed, and shows you how many hours you have left in your package. You will have access to this software as a client.
